How long will it take to receive my order?

Order before 1pm to receive your order within 1-3 working days ( Monday - Friday).

I haven't received my order.

My order is incorrect, missing, or damaged.

We are extremely sorry this has happened please send us with photos/information and we'll investigate the issue ASAP.

Are your lashes / products tested on animals?

No, our lashes are not tested on animals.

How do i ensure that I qualify for next day delivery?

Special deliveries orders must be sent to us before midday ( this excludes weekend orders).

Are your lashes / products vegan?

Yes, vegan and cruelty free.
